1. 60E6-TH 6-Head White Ink DTF Printer — 240 m² a Day

Powered by 6 Epson i3200 industrial printheads (2C + 2W + 2S), the 60E6-TH prints up to 600 mm wide and reaches 30 m²/h in 4-pass mode — over 240 m² per 8-hour shift. That is 3-5x the output of a typical 2-head machine.

Paired with the 100R automatic powder recycling and dusting unit, it recycles powder with Taotech’s patented auto-return technology — one fill, continuous reuse. The extended drying tunnel with upper/lower dual-layer drying and a built-in fume purifier keeps the workshop clean and cuts labor.

2. 6090 Industrial UV Flatbed Printer — 60+ Materials, One Machine

The 6090 flatbed handles a 60×90 cm print area with media thickness up to 200 mm. With 3.5-pl droplets and 5760 dpi resolution, it delivers photo-grade output on glass, metal, acrylic, leather, wood, ceramic and 60+ other materials.

LED UV curing means print-and-ship in one step. CMYK + White + Varnish in a single pass, with embossing and spot-varnish effects available — no plate making, and a minimum order of just one piece. Phone cases, trophies, wood panels, signage: bring it, we print it.

3. A2 Thick Label Printer — 3D Relief Labels Without Molds

Built for 3D thick transfer labels and garment/apparel decorative labels, the U2000 features an Epson-branded, licensed HD3200 industrial printhead, 420 mm print width, and CMYK + 2W + Varnish configuration for complex textures, custom logos, and gloss/matte finishes in one pass.

The core advantage: no mold making, zero waste, print-press-and-go. It replaces the costly mold-making and baking steps of traditional silicone labels. A simple hot-press transfer gives washable, bend-resistant labels with a visible 3D relief effect and fully customizable thickness.

At 1.2 m²/h in 12-pass mode, it is designed for small-batch, high-value custom thick labels — an excellent, high-value entry point for startups.

4. 60E4 Dual-Laminate UV Label Printer — Two Solutions in One

Supporting both roll-fed direct-adhesive and AB-film solutions, the 60E4 integrates Taotech’s patented AB-film hot-foil UV label one-piece forming technology. Printing, laminating, hot-foiling and rewinding run fully automatically.

No plate making, no waste removal. High gloss, excellent abrasion resistance — from a single piece to bulk production, it handles both.

5. New 8-Head UV Label Printer — World Debut at the Show

Taotech’s newest model for H2 2026 makes its first public appearance at SIGN CHINA 2026. Upgraded from our proven 6-head platform, it delivers faster printing and higher throughput for large-volume UV label production.
