1. How to make golden UV transfer labels? could you please explain in details?

--There are 4 heads, 1 for glue, 1 for white ink, 1 for color inks, 1 for Golden varnish and another varnish. Print on release paper and then cold stamping with foil, and then lamination. Please you can check above video and then you will understand clearly.

2. If print with glue, does the head block easily?

--Firstly, our glue is very special and our glue is mixture by 2 types of glue, only after printing and curing and then with good stickiness, so it won't damage the heads. Additionally, we have spent around 4 years to update our glue and all others process to protect the heads.

3. How about the fastness of these labels?

--These UV transfer labels with good waterproof, scratch resistance, high-temperature resistance, after transfer can keep very well on the media about 5 years.

4. What about the printing cost?

--If printing color stickers the printing cost including all consumables (ink/varnish/glue/films/foils, etc.) only $2/㎡ and can sell $20, if printing golden stickers the cost is $4㎡/h and can sell $40 in the market.

5. How about your service if I purchase the machines?

--First, we offer 14 months warranty for all our machines and all consumables. Second, we offer teaching videos and PDF files to guide you how to install and operate and maintain the machines.
